The LAMILUX Solution: PR60 Glazed Roof System

LAMILUX supplied and installed the PR60 Glass Roof, renowned for its structural flexibility and excellent thermal performance. The bespoke unit was engineered to follow the precise 38° roof pitch, providing a seamless architectural fit and maximising daylight across its 3.8-metre length. The framework was dual powder-coated—RAL 9010 Pure White internally for a crisp ceiling finish and RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey externally to complement the facade. High-performance glazing, featuring a 6mm toughened outer pane and 8mm VSG safety inner pane, achieves a Ug-value of 1.1 W/m²K. Thermally broken and insulated profiles ensure comfort year-round by preventing cold bridging, condensation, and overheating.
